Volunteers

In order to consolidate our event crew, we are looking for volunteers who are able to work independently, are responsive and rigorous, and have good interpersonal skills (fluency in English required). The Event Crew is the backbone of the competition, its members guaranteeing the smooth running of the events by anticipating the needs of judges, participants and visitors. Event crew members are mobile and can be called upon to act anywhere on the Transpolis site. Acting as logistical support, event crew members need to be reactive and agile.

Your missions:

• Anticipate and react to urgent needs.
• Meet the needs of judges, organizers, participants and visitors whenever needed.
• Keep event areas clean and tidy.
• Ensure that food and water are available to judges.
• Inform and guide visitors and participants.
• Keep participants informed of event news and changes.
• Logistical support function.
• Tidy up event areas once completed.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the staff area.

Skills:

• Autonomy.
• Knowledge of site and test times.
• Interpersonal skills.
• Good communication skills (English required).
• Reactivity.

If you’re a media professional or student with interest in motorsport (or not), you can now join the FSF Media Team.

Our needs: Our media team are looking for volunteers to fill the following positions for the 2024 season :

• Graphic Designer,
• Photographer / Videographer,
• Content Creator.

Your missions:

• Photograph the various events (without disturbing the participants).
• Take photos of the stables in the PITS (without disturbing them).
• Take photos of volunteers in action.
• Take videos of volunteers in action and in their daily lives (hotel, shared moments, meals…etc).
• Take videos of tests.
• Take videos of the general atmosphere.
• Take videos of the forum area.
• Highlight sponsors with photos and videos.
• Interview visitors and participants, focusing on the FSF, their feelings, their experience of the competition…etc.

Additional skills required:

• Artistic eye.
• Originality and creativity.

Please note Media Crew members must have their own cameras, phones, etc. Media Crew members provide their own equipment. However, if you have any needs, please let us know as soon as possible.
