Volunteers

In order to consolidate our dynamic crew, we are looking for volunteers who are able to work independently, are responsive and rigorous, and have good interpersonal skills (fluency in English required). The Dynamic Crew is essential for dynamic events, its members guaranteeing the smooth running of the dynamic events like auto-cross or skid pad by paying attention to the flow of cars, picking up the cones, tidying up the event zones, waving the right flags at the right times of the event. Dynamic crew members are mobile and can be called upon to act in any dynamic event on the Transpolis site. Dynamic crew members need to be reactive and agile. They will also help the event crew while there is no dynamic event.

Your missions:

• Anticipate and react to urgent needs before, during and after the event.
• Keep event areas clean and tidy
• Understanding event instructions
• Keep an eye on traffic flows
• Ensure that teams respect the rules of dynamic areas
• Ensure that participants respect safety rules
• Keep participants informed of event news and changes
• Set up event zones (mark out cones) with the help of the event crew
• Tidy up event areas once completed
